foodstyle The dishes I create extend the boundaries by my being inspired by classic style Thai cuisine, combining modern styles with fresh ideas and flavours. I am continually evolving my food with all these influences enhancing what I consider my special and individualistic style of Thai cuisine. I always obtain the greatest joy in the planning of each dish style well before I enter the kitchen and hope that our diners will love my creations and indeed fall in love with them as I constantly do! I believe that presentation is critically important and that my creation must look visually inviting with all manner of swirls and flavours infused on the plate. In the manner of an artist, I love to use beautiful and fresh leaves to create an inviting and delicious picture frame on a plate.
